Dr. Lynn Eaton brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Professor of Education and Director of Faculty Development at the University of Mary Hardin–Baylor. With a deep-rooted commitment to enhancing the educational landscape, Dr. Eaton is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence in teaching and learning.
Prior to her tenure at UMHB, Dr. Eaton served as a College Professor and Director of Faculty and Graduate Student Professional Development at The University of Texas at Austin. Her leadership in faculty development initiatives propelled the institution towards academic excellence, ensuring that educators were equipped with the necessary tools and resources to thrive in their roles.
Dr. Eaton's academic journey is marked by scholarly achievements, culminating in a PhD from the University of Alabama in Curriculum and Instruction. She also holds MS and M.Ed. degrees from Mississippi State University in Science Education, reflecting her multidisciplinary approach to educational advancement.
